Yesterday with a crew, photographers, models, cars, ships, planes, tanks, and a bar held together an eventful day! I was heading to Ybor centro district to meet everyone at The Bad Monkey bar. Which was a few spots next to Gaspar’s Grotto and across the street of The Green Iguana. 

The Bad Monkey just had their grand opening the previous night and we were getting together today to provide promotional photographs for the bar. The bar and the theme of that day is military. We had military uniformed men modeling and females in pin up. 

The group was fantastic to work with! Hope you enjoy viewing the photos yet to come.

Saturday April 14 I set out to the cutest cupcake shop around Port Richey ,Fl. Cuppy Cakes has been opened for a few months and they’ve been receiving great response from customers. Once I noticed their fresh and new designed interior i couldn’t pass a photo opportunity. There’s something that’s sexy and appealing about pink that makes it stand out so much.

I was so thrilled that a model from model mayhem was dedicated to shoot just from this casting call i posted months ago. Two local models whom were both named Shelby arrived in hot pinks and white clothing. The photoshoot was full of great fun! It was nonstop from beginning to end. The iParty store next door opened the opportunity to get some props to coordinate. 

The beautiful interior and the genuine personalities of the two models (whom are also great friends) make it hard to pick and choose raw photos from my sd card. 

Venessa Baez was today’s model. We shot two different looks within 2 hours. This was taken from her bikini spread sheet. During this shoot I had used the most lights i’ve ever used. Within the time frame, 5 lights were up at a time. Boy do I wish I had assistants. This season has been particular full for me. Two more photoshoots will end the week for me on Saturday. Hope to get some drinks that night to celebrate a well thought out week. More to come from another model with two looks and a fun cupcake bakery photoshoot.

Age and time was the relationship between this photo session. It was a quick shots here and there that pleasingly so, captured this woman. The night was about talking on and on about Andy Warhol and the essence of Gaga’s fame. It was later the next week that we had sat down listened to Gaga on youtube. It was her performance on Howard Stern. She was shocked at the photographs I had taken. “You don’t get photographed like this when you’re my age honey.” 

But whose to say photographs aren’t just the capturing good youthful time of your life, it’s so much more than that.

I received this ad in the mail today. It was a fold out poster and i had to hang it up. Adding a fancy matte wallpaper behind it. Thanks Juicy

Juicy Couture is emphasizing its Cali roots in a just-debuted spring/summer 2012 campaign. The ads, featuring model Anna Selezneva, were shot in Beverly Hills by famed Dutch duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, who have worked on the campaigns of Balenciaga, Dior, Miu Miu, Isabel Marant and YSL, among others.

LeAnn Nealz, the president and chief creative officer of Juicy Couture, told WWD that the company wanted to “make the essence of Los Angeles a main character in the campaign, to emphasize the laid-back glamour inherent in our DNA.” Meanwhile, Juicy founders Gela Nash-Taylor and Pamela Skaist-Levy, who severed ties with the brand two years ago, will be showing their new “California Eccentric” line, Skaist-Taylor, at New York Fashion Week next month.
